TC-280 One Ton Hot Stamping/Branding Machine

This versatile toggle design stamping machine has a 5 x 7" (130 x 190mm) stamping area and one ton of pressure (1 kg.). This machine comes with a mechanically gear driven foil feed assembly for a variety of applications using hot stamping foil. Along with foil stamping capabilities, it has a capacity of 800 watts of heat to produce clean, crisp embossing and debossing applications.

The stamping head is a hinge-design attached at the rear base of the machine allowing the head to be raised to a 45 degree angle. This allows more than adequate clearance for placement of parts. The foil feed assembly is activated at the same time the head is raised. There are independent leveling adjustments at each corner of the worktable along with fine pressure adjustments at the top of the stamping head to give a clean quality impression.
