We endeavor to maintain a complete inventory of parts and supplies. If we do not have the part on hand for immediate shipping, we will work to facilitate the quickest possible delivery. United Global also maintains an extensive inventory of discontinued components.

When emailing provide information about the machine, model and part number. Any photographs of the machine or part can help us help you. We'll respond as quickly as we can by phone or email with information about availability and a price quote.

Orders received by 2pm ET and in stock will be shipped same day.

Standard shipping is via UPS. We can also ship via FedEx, DHL and U.S. Postal Service, if you request.

All items are priced without shipping cost. It's your choice to select the shipping vendor and timeframe (next day, 2-day, 3-day, 5-day) based on how quickly you need the part or supply. Many of our shipments are UPS. Shipping cost is determined when the items are packed; often, items are combined in one container. Orders can be shipped domestically and internationally; United Global has long experience shipping internationally in the timeliest way.

As an enhanced customer service to you, depending on the vendor used, United Global can furnish you with the tracking code so you can follow your order on the Web from our door to yours. If you want, we'll also enable tracking notifications to email addresses you specify.


Payment is by credit card or by invoice to approved customers. We accept credit card orders using American Express, MasterCard or Visa. We invoice when your order is shipped. Terms are net 30 to approved accounts.

Warranty / Returns / Cancellation

Parts that may be defective may be returned for inspection and possible replacement. Returned stock items will incur a restocking charge. Made-to-order parts are not returnable unless defective. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to any return by calling the phone number provided above.

Cancellation of made-to-order parts where work has begun will be charged at cost incurred.
